Productivity is not a talent I possess naturally. We've all been there, sat at the desk for hours, and only have the title and page number down. However, there's a pretty simple and tasty solution to this problem! Here are six food/drink items that are scientifically proven to help you concentrate.


Eggs 🥚
Eating eggs regularly may not be great for your breath, however it's scientifically proven to improve your mood and memory. Boiled eggs are an easy snack to prepare beforehand and goes very well with the spinach further down the list.
